Happy Mother's Day to all the Mommies out there!
I never REALLY understood what my Mom did for me
until I had Little MAE.
I didn't realize...
how it's harder to discipline that be disciplined,
how it's harder to watch your child be sick than to be sick,
how everything you do is emulated (good or bad),
how fast a child grows up,
how fast time goes by,
how much I could love someone,
how much more I could understand what God feels for us!

[My eyes are actually, hazel but that's between you and me! Little MAE actually asked me a day later, "Mommy, what color are your eyes? They're not blue." I do love lollypops!]

I truly didn't understand the depth of God's love until I had kids. And to think that He loves me more than I love the girls. It's truly amazing.
